SAO volume 23 read:

The last bit of the book had an exciting fight with a frog boss (featuring Yui!) and then a bear boss (featuring Silica!) and a bunch of PK'ers, so I'm satisfied.  Actually this is the best SAO volume in a long time.

I've already started on Gun Gale Online 10.  (11 was released in Japan two days ago, so this series still has no end in sight)  When I'm done with this I'll be in trouble.  I'm at 4000/5500 songs in my music hall of fame with a rating, and I doubt Gun Gale is going to last me the remaining 1500. . .

Broken down into the 5 categories, 993/1100 1 stars have been assigned, 928/1100 2 stars, 760/1100 3 stars, 538/1100 4 stars, and 771/1100 5 stars.  This is only the rough draft, though.  At the end I'll have everything evenly assigned, 1100 in each quintile, so if any category ends up with too many or too few assignations, I'll just move some songs from one group to another (presumably from a neighboring column) until it all works out.

Based on my rate of progress I should finish the rough draft in December, but getting everything evenly assigned might take a while longer.  Hopefully before 2022 I can renovate my music hall of fame into its true and perfect form, this time without any remixes or bad songs like I thought I already had accomplished.

Cincinnati is ranked #4 in the College Football Playoff ratings.  I said this was impossible because the system was rigged -- but I stand by that statement.  Just you wait, before the final rankings are released, Cincinnati will slip out of that playoff spot.  It will go to Michigan, or Oklahoma State, or Oklahoma, or Notre Dame, or somebody, anybody in the Power 5.  These people want to present the illusion of fairness but when push comes to shove the group of 5 teams will never be allowed to actually play for the championship.
