Kyoukai no Rinne Fully Translated:

The last chapter came out today, and it was a satisfying ending.  Rumiko Takahashi didn't even draw Inuyasha and Kagome kissing, all they got was a hug at the end too, so the hug between Rinne and Sakura is the equivalent of passionate sex translated into modern terms.

With their romance successfully sealed, Kyoukai no Rinne ends up a much better manga than how it started.  I really wish they'd do a 4th anime season bringing us this conclusion in animated form, it's totally deserving.  Or at the very least a movie covering the boundary gem finale.  An oav?  Anything?

It was satisfying seeing Renge get back on the right track by joining the life administration bureau.  I always knew deep down she was a good person, that's why she's in my fictional characters hall of fame in 100 Waifus.

Kyoukai no Rinne was the first good manga ending since Hayate no Gotoku in 2017, but it won't be the last.  Btooom! is coming up shortly, as is Akame ga Kill! Zero.  The logjam is over and manga bliss awaits.

Kanata no Astra also had an excellent ending earlier this week.  It's not often you get to see two great franchises' conclusions in the same week.
