The book released today on Amazon, but it was also helpfully uploaded to nyaa.si, so it can be read for purchase or for free.
This was a good volume, much better than the average Outbreak Company volume. Shinichi brings his otherworld girlfriends home to meet his family and tour Japan and all sorts of fun interactions occur.
I finished the book on the same day it was released so you can see it was nonstop fun. In two more days more releases of important books and manga come out so June is going on strong.
Apparently 83% of hispanic men, 80% of black men and 75% of white men in America father a child by age 40. This is a pretty impressively inclusive total. When you consider how many people are gay these days, almost everyone who wants to shack up with a girl eventually manages to do so.
This statistic isn't as rosy as it seems, though. How many of said fathers actually live in the same home as their child from age 0-18? I'd like to see that number. If fathers are mere sperm donors there's nothing to get excited about.
Then there's the next problem. If you take these numbers at face value, and remember that 2/3 of women are overweight in America, a lot of these guys can't possibly be enjoying the baby making process. If you have to wade through pig lard to have a child, are you really better off than before? Is there any use in a fat stupid kid born from a fat stupid mother?
So okay, virtually all American men who want to be fathers are fathers, but are they estranged fathers with stupid fat kids, or are they the heads of households full of little blonde angels? These distinctions matter. Is the kid a liberal or do they share your convictions? Is there any point breeding your own enemies into the world?
The only number that actually matters is the percentage of men who raised children they can admire. I have no idea what that number is but I suspect it's much lower than 75%.
