100 Waifus Read and Edited for a 9th time:

In the end the edits were pretty extensive.  Some new lines and even paragraphs were added in, while some other lines were cut out.

Children were switched around to be born to more appropriate parents -- for instance Alicia, well known for wielding a rifle and working at a bakery, is now the daughter of Makina, also well known for wielding a rifle and working at a bakery.  Why wasn't this already the case?  Sheer madness is my only excuse, but at least it's fixed now.

There were some remarkable spelling mistakes and phrases with missing words that were fixed, that somehow hadn't been noticed the first eight times.

After all the editing and proofreading the plot remains the exact same, however.  This was just to make the same story cleaner and prettier, not to change it in any way.

The fact that I could re-read this book 9 times in four months is ironclad proof it's the best book ever written.  But the fact that I yet again had to edit and proofread the whole time through makes me want to re-read it a 10th time where for once I can just read the damn story.

For anyone who hasn't even read 100 Waifus the first time, now's the best time to get started, with all the errors corrected it's never gone down so smoothly before.  The entire book, in five parts, can be found at the bottom of the permapost sidebar.

Meanwhile, the USWNT blew out Thailand 13-0, in the largest world cup victory in history.  I watched every goal and cheered every one of them as they went in.  It's fun to witness history.  These goals weren't due to Thailand's ineptitude either.  They were beautifully shot, beautifully setup goals that no one could have stopped.  The women of team USA were absolutely magnificent yesterday.  They really did play the beautiful game.  Hopefully we can ride this wave all the way to the championship.
