Suka Moka volume 1 read:

I don't much like Suka Moka.  None of the characters seem compelling, and there doesn't seem to be any chance of meeting the old characters I do like again.  The author just dangles them as bait to keep on reading, without any intent on delivering.

Nevertheless, it's part of the Suka Suka franchise, so I felt compelled to read it, out of honor for the original.  Maybe it will get better with time, who knows. . .  The first volume is the only translated volume, so there's no way to find out for now.

Next up is the remainder of Uchi no Musume.  I don't have any high hopes for it either.  There's also Sanaba Witch or Hatsukoi 1/1 if needed, but they're also nothing special. . .

BanG Dream's first episode already aired and it was great, as expected of a series already in my rankings.  Unfortunately most of the other winter series don't start until next week.  The sooner the playoffs and the winter anime season begin, the better.
