The highlights of this ranking shakeup is Honzuki moving to 127, Choyoyu to 141, Vinland Saga dropping back down to 154, Precure supplanting Dragon Ball into 5th place, Utawarerumono moving all the way up to 15, Index/Railgun dropping back down to 23, and Maria-sama dropping back down to 44. Sailor Moon jumped to 57 and many other series also moved, like Basilisk down to 70, but those were the most important changes.
It takes a lot of work to change my rankings so I try to do so as little as possible, but sometimes you just gotta put your shoulder to the plow. Hopefully these rankings can stay in place for a good while.
Utawarerumono deserves its spot among the elite now that it's getting its fantastic conclusion to its trilogy story. This coming season is going to be my favorite Utawarerumono season by far. I can't wait for it to explode onto our television screens.
