Granblue Fantasy the Animation's second original soundtrack became available at nyaa.si today. I've been waiting for this! I knew the first cd didn't have the songs I wanted, so there had to be a second. Perhaps there's also a third planned for release in the future? Or a fourth? Who knows, but at least we now have two.
If you want to know what Nobuo Uematsu was up to after he stopped composing for Final Fantasy, it was to compose for this game instead. So Granblue Fantasy has the absolute best composer of all time making its music, so it's no surprise I would find ten more masterpieces on this cd worthy of adding to my hall of fame.
While I'm at it, I should check out the music Nobuo composed for Blue Dragon, Lost Odyssey and Terra Battle as well. When I know there's such a fantastic composer out there making new music, I'd be a fool not to at least try it out.
I predict there will be some new guests in my video game music playlist and my overall hall of fame shortly, so stay tuned. But at least for today we have these ten new entrants.
