SAOAGGO 10 read:

This was a dull volume of what's normally an exciting series.  Basically a bunch of overpowered characters worked together to clear an easy series of quests.  Many jokes were made during the mission, but none of them were funny.  The stakes were 0, so there was no real point for the story to even exist.  I guess we got to hear Pitohui's back story, but I don't like Pitohui so bleh.

I guess you can't expect every volume of a series to be marvelous.  I do wonder why this series is still going, though, it feels like every interpersonal drama that can occur has occurred, so what is left to say?  I hope there's some point to the 5th Squad Jam and not just about clever tactics overcoming mighty foes.  I guess we'll find out next year.

Currently I've judged 4287/5500, so about 1200 songs to go, but all of them quite long.  I'm all caught up on reading materials, but I still have many more songs to judge, so I guess I'll re-read Lensman to pass the time.
