It can be picked up over at nyaa.si. I like Fate/Grand Order, but this is a big dropoff compared to Babylonia. No more Gilgamesh, no more Ishtar. Instead we get a group of knights acting for mysterious, unexplained reasons in what looks like a very evil manner but they insist is part of some great master plan to save humanity. Until they explain how what they are doing contributes to mankind's welfare nothing that happens in the movie can be judged. So basically it's the same as looking at a totally blank screen from start to finish. It's impossible to know what is happening or why from start to finish. Maybe this mystery wouldn't be so damn annoying if you could immediately move on to the next movie where perhaps an explanation is given, but that's not happening. The next two movies will still be years from now, so we'll have no idea what's going on for years. That's a really abysmal situation to put your fans in.
Honestly it might be better to not watch any of these movies until the final one is out where, presumably, something finally makes sense.
