Another project down. I was curious how Chisato's voice could be so angelically sweet, but it turns out it wasn't surprising in the least. Her seiyuu is Sumire Uesaka, who is already in my anime voices hall of fame for her job as Sora Takanashi in PapaKiki as well as other series. Of course her voice would be that good, that's why I chose Sora as mai waifu in the first place.
Mutsuko and Chisato would make great Saimoe rivals, if only that competition hadn't been discontinued long ago. So sad. They're both incredibly cute throughout this season. I like when Mutsuko squeals 'noooo!' when a ball gets past her and she knows the enemy is going to score again. It was so girly!
Next up on my rewatch agenda is Railgun T, which came out in blu-ray subtitled only recently. Railgun is ranked #20 in my anime rankings so it should at least be as fun as Major 2nd's (ranked #21) rewatch was. But these two series really are neck and neck with each other. They're both very long, but still unfinished, series. The settings are completely different but they have a lot in common.
Tom Brady really is a God. There have been 55 Super Bowls in history and he's participated in 10 of them. That's insane. Can anything stop him? The Chiefs have been the best team all year but it feels like fate simply dictates Tom Brady winning yet again. Between the 6 time champion and last year's champion, it's like a dream matchup. I couldn't ask for a more satisfying end to the NFL season.
The Shirobako movie has been out in blu-ray raw for a long time now, it's just that no fans have subtitled it. Well, hope springs eternal. Maybe a month or two from now someone will be moved to pity and help out Shirobako lovers everywhere after seeing no one else is doing it.
