Inuyasha Rewatched, Many things Rewatched:

The Inuyasha blu-ray that came out earlier this year was gorgeous.  I've been over the plot many times, so the story wasn't as engaging as it used to be, but the comedy and visuals were now A+.  I also downloaded and watched the Kanketsu-hen portion in blu-ray, but it looks like the production value dropped between that season and the original, nothing looked as bright or beautiful as before.  Still good though, especially I preferred the faster story pacing.  I even rewatched the first episode of Yashahime to see the epilogue of the one true Inuyasha.  Yashahime is filler and will never be anything more, but that one ep was real.  (Sadly all of Higurashi's new season is filler.)

I rewatched so much anime this year that at a certain point I had rewatched all great anime that wasn't currently airing.  Because the fall season had a lot of great shows, I'm now falling well behind that high watermark, but it was fun while it lasted.  For now I'm watching Magia Record and FGO in blu-ray for the first time, since my previous rewatch of them were merely the tv broadcasts.  SAO's blu-ray release is coming along nicely, only the final five episodes of the series left to go.  I can switch to that once it's actually available.

I think it's rather sad that a series as famous as Granblue Fantasy never got a fansubbed blu-ray release, but I guess that's nothing compared to Seikai no Monshou and Da Capo being ignored.  It's also confusing how Fairy Tail Final never got a blu-ray release even though all the previous seasons did.  For these I had to settle for the tv broadcast and be done with it.

The final chapter of Kimi ni Todoke - Soulmate came out; or it should have been the final chapter, but the author decided to keep going.  Either way, it was a great chapter that got the heartthrobs going.  I'm super proud of my decision to include Ume in my fictional character hall of fame considering how much she's blossomed over these chapters.  My intuition and judge of character was spot on.

The final chapter of Fate/Kaleid Liner 3rei came out as well, and it certainly defied expectations.  Instead of Illya saving the world she couldn't do anything as the world ended and the villain won.  oops!  This will have to get fixed in 4ier, which has already been announced.  How long does this manga plan to continue?

The Steelers finally lost a game, I guess they weren't so good after all.  The Chiefs are still NFL's pinnacle.  College football would normally be over right about now, but thanks to covid-19 there's still plenty left to see.  How about that goal line stand by undefeated Coastal Carolina to beat previously undefeated BYU?  A game for the ages.

Shingeki had a great debut.  I worry if they'll be able to encompass the entire story in 16 eps though.  Well, at least it looks great, even with the studio changing.  One less thing to worry about.

A new Code Geass anime has been announced, and it's by the original creators so this should be great news -- but come on!  Lelouch is dead, the story is over where it should be.  What more can be said or done?  I wish they'd leave perfection alone.  There are 100 anime on my wishlist that desperately need to be animated -- so they make Inuyasha filler, Higurashi filler, and Code Geass filler instead.  >.<
