Shigeru Chiba:

My 50th honorable male voice actor is Shigeru Chiba (real name Masaharu Maeda).  This is the humorous but iconically villainous voice behind Buggy the Clown, Emperor Pilaf and the juvenile delinquent Kuwabara from Yu Yu Hakusho.

He's an older talent who was leaned on more heavily in the past, but it's rather absurd how many roles he's played in how many different series and games.

One of the things I love about Shigeru isn't just his high voice, but his ability to radically go up or down octaves within the same sentence or even word.  It almost feels like he's singing in a musical.  It adds a lot more characterization to his villains who generally would just be two-bit losers without his creative delivery.

Buggy is a memorable villain in One Piece solely and only because of Shigeru Chiba.  Pilaf was a perfect foil for young Goku in one of Dragon Ball's best arcs.  He makes a great 50th best man.

Now I just need more female voice actresses and I could get their number up to a nice round 150, for a nice round 200 seiyuu total in all.
