Index NT volume 22 Read:

The volume has now been fully translated over at baka-tsuki and I finished it off.  It's a nice book overall, actually advancing the plot if only a bit.

Accelerator becoming the new board chairman of Academy City is pretty badass.  In the next book it looks like we'll learn more about the weird monster dwelling inside Touma, which would be nice.

March Madness has the fewest upsets I've ever seen.  The sweet sixteen is composed almost entirely of 1-4 seeds.  Auburn as a 5 seed isn't much of a deviation.  Oregon, a 12 seed, is the lone exception to the overall rule.  The seeders were so expert that they managed to predict exactly what would happen even before the tournament was played.  It almost makes the games pointless.

Well, on the bright side, the next round of games should feature some very good teams playing very good basketball against each other.  Only the best in the country remain.

There's another good isekai manga on the loose -- Saikyou no Shokugyou wa Yuusha demo kenja demo naku Kanteishi (kari) rashii desu yo?

These are getting harder to find so every new discovery is precious.

I cut a Star Ocean song, 'Secretly' because it was a ripoff of Final Fantasy's prelude melody.  It's unusual for a composer to remix a completely different composer's song but that's what happened here.

Also, 'Weapon Raid' turned out to be a remix of 'One Winged Angel' so it had to go.  It only took 53 listen-throughs to finally figure that one out.  Uematsu sure likes his remixes.

That brings the music hall of fame back down to 5416 songs.

Ojamajo Doremi is suddenly back and getting a new movie, but it's too late now, I've already kicked it out of my rankings.

I guess that Russian Collusion crap really was a hoax, huh?
