Berserk 2017 Rewatched:

I've now rewatched another season that never received a blu-ray release, Berserk 2017.  Since nothing these days ever receives a fansubbed blu-ray release, I'll just keep downing these shows until I've finished them all.  Then I can fulfill my promise of having watched and rewatched everything in my top anime rankings.

There are only two shows left to be rewatched that aren't currently airing, Major 2nd and SAOAGGO.  Like usual I was waiting for a blu-ray release and never got one.

It's iffy even calling Berserk 2017 an 'anime,' seeing as how it's full cg.  But it tries its best to maintain the proper art style and feel of the series.  It's really not that bad.  Combined with the great plot from the original manga and solid voice acting and music, it was a breeze to rewatch.

Another manga adaption of a light novel has caught my eye, 'Tatoeba Last Dungeon Mae', it's hilarious and has a great art style.  The only problem is fansubbers have only translated the first four chapters.  On the bright side they're long chapters but even then it doesn't last long.  This could be a splendid series by the end, but right now it's little better than a kit-kat bar.
