For some reason I didn't notice there were still 3 remixes in my music hall of fame from Tales of Symphonia. All my hall of fame music must be unique melodies so they had to go. But I still wanted to maintain my balanced 5500 song count, so I had to quick fish up 3 more songs to replace them. Luckily I've been playing Heaven Burns Red during this time and had grown fond of three new songs from it anyway: Dance! Dance! Dance!, Arch Light, and Daily Life at the Base ~ Noon ~. Dance and Arch are by Jun Maeda, so now he is definitively ahead of Masaharu Iwata again. Thank goodness.
Now I just have to listen to these 3 new songs 100 times and my music hall of fame will be complete again. At the same time I also have to listen to the remaining 1,000 non-new songs to make sure I got their start time, end time and volumes right. December is a busy time of the year. . .
I'll be interested to see what the Playoff Committee does with SMU. Does losing to Clemson drop them all the way out, or do they stay and Alabama leaves? I think Alabama is the stronger team of the two, but it's hard to penalize SMU when they had to play an extra game and Alabama didn't. Oh well, I'd be happy with either team's inclusion so no big deal either way. The more important aspect of the playoff is that finally, for the first time in history, every college football team that might deserve the title of national champion has the chance to earn that title. That's all I wanted. From here on the teams decide their own fate, no committee decides it for them.
