The anime promises to be a continuation of the tale, so new content after 13 years of waiting. I never would have imagined new Spice and Wolf after all this time. It's like how Bastard!! is getting a new anime all of a sudden. There's something wonderful happening in Japan as series after series in my anime wishlist get granted one after the other.
Fully translated manga, a razor close Super Bowl, the Olympics, Ukraine getting curbstomped, and great new anime? February just keeps getting better.
Now that Spice and Wolf has been announced, I put Summer Pockets back into my anime wishlist, since it hasn't been announced officially yet.
Meanwhile, a 1080p without distracting Chinese subs version of the Tropical Rouge Precure movie is available thanks to the good people of [Serenae]. If I had just waited a day I could have watched the HD version the first time. >.<. But oh well, I watch all great anime twice and having a better version the second time helps incentivize me.
Due to the new Heaven Burns Red music inclusions, anime/j-pop/visual novel music is 1.2 days in length, whereas game music is 1.3 days in my 5-star category. They've pulled almost exactly even in weight. I honestly think the two types of music are both alike in dignity so it's good to see statistics mirroring that gut feeling.
