I've only read the first half, but it's been good so far.  Action packed, as is typical of Index.  The James Webb telescope is up in space but hasn't successfully deployed itself as a scientific instrument, so the jury's still out on that one.

Omicron is no different from the common cold but it's still managing to cancel bowl games, Covid is ruining the year even to the last day of the year.

The Roselia BanG Dream movies came out in blu-ray so I took the opportunity to rewatch them.  They looked great.  The only problem is they aren't my favorite band so I wish I could listen to other songs than the ones they played.  If the other BanG Dream movie would come out that problem would be solved.  *sigh*

I tweaked my top anime rankings a little now that I'd seen the ending to Selection Project.  It moved up to 188, while Shiroi Suna moved down to 107.  Hanasaku Iroha and Tari Tari moved down to 104 and 105 because they're so similar to Shiroi Suna that it doesn't make sense for them to be ranked differently.  Everything else stayed pretty much the same.  In the end only Uma Musume S2 really stood out as a great new anime this year.

Presumably there's still enough good football to stay occupied until after New Year's, so happy New Year's in advance.
