Forget Rewrite+, read Index GT 5 instead:

Rewrite+'s English release is confirmed to be censored, and on top of that only covers the same material as the main game.  In Japan Rewrite+ included Harvest Festa, but not in America.  Supposedly Harvest Festa, the only useful thing we were waiting for to begin with, will be 'released at a later date.'  Who even wanted Rewrite+?  The original Rewrite game was fine as is.  The only reason Rewrite+ was ever released is because people wanted a good deal that combined Rewrite and Harvest Festa into one game.  Why are businesses so stupid?  We wasted years of translation on this pointless object that could have gone into an untranslated game?

Oh well.  The good news is Index GT volume 5 is halfway translated, and the translators of Index are always fast, so by the time you read the first half there will probably be yet more available.  Like the half-translated Amarimonogatari, when nothing fully translated is available, it's time to jump in on the half-translated light novels.  The spice must flow.
