Fog of Phantom replaced by One and Last:

To make my life easier, all new songs, regardless of their worth, will be valued as '1-star' until all my bad video game music is wiped out.  This means I don't have to demote a 5-star to a 4-star, a 4-star to a 3-star, a 3-star to a 2-star, and a 2-star to a 1-star every new song, which would make my workload way too high every time I came across a new good song.  I just have to drop a bad video game song and I'm done.

The worst video game song in my hall of fame, which I've been eager to replace, is Fog of Phantom, so when I came across Aimer's 'One and Last' music video on YouTube I immediately knew what I had to do.  Rarely have I come to like a song so quickly, so decisively, as I did 'One and Last.'  It only took the first few seconds of the song to know it was way better than Fog of Phantom.

Aimer is on a roll lately.  Her opening and ending themes for Kimetsu no Yaiba are very good, I'm entering them into my music hall of fame too once their full versions come out.  But this song is completely independent of those, she's just making good music period.

While I'm fiddling with my music hall of fame, I demoted Evening by Toshiro Masuda from 5-star to 4-star and promoted Neoranga's opening, 'Kaze no nemuru shima' to 5-star to take its place.  It's of course impossible to get every rating right on my first try, so over time these little adjustments are sure to occur frequently.  I think overall, I rated my western music too highly and anime themes should take their place.  I tried to be 'fair' to the west by giving them at least some representation in the 5-star category, but actually that was being unfair, giving them affirmative action, and displacing worthy Japanese songs by doing so.  I'm going to demote and promote a lot of songs simultaneously once I get this problem fixed.
