Congress should just put this law up for a vote and see where liberals and conservatives really stand on this issue:
"If someone is proven to have said something xenophobic, transphobic, homophobic, Islamophobic, racist, anti-Semitic, sexist, or anything else falling under the category of bigotry or discrimination, that person shall become henceforth outside the law. He, she, or xir can be assaulted, raped, tortured or murdered by anyone who so pleases without reprisal. Their property is forfeit to anyone who wishes to take it, vandalize it, burn it to the ground, whatever. They may no longer be employed, and no business, charity, or individual can provide them any goods or services. All honors or titles that person received before being caught out as a bigot are hereafter null and void, and shall be erased from the public record. The bigot will not be allowed a funeral or be interred in any cemetery, but shall simply be cast to the dogs and pigs upon death. If anyone is caught speaking to them or interacting with them in any positive fashion, they too shall be subject to the consequences of this law."
