Sora no Method fell apart this episode. All of the inhabitants of the city apparently have some sort of collective amnesia, because there's no other way to explain how none of the main characters remember they were childhood friends in the past with each other. To make matters worse, everything is overly dramatic and angsty for no good reason, and everyone's a jerk for yet again no conceivably justifiable reason.
If you just want to look at moe girls, Sora no Method still has some value. But in terms of plot or characterization it's a complete clusterfuck. There's no way this should be in my top anime rankings. For now I'll just have to shrink the rankings back down to 174 and wait for something else to impress me.
Meanwhile, Nanatsu no Taizai continued its rotten behavior of continuously wasting time with sexual harassment/cheesy fanservice and dumb pig jokes. Now they have a new idiot girl who continues to assert ownership of a guy who's already turned her down infinite times. To make matters worse, the fights have no mechanics and are just big flashes of light and explosions. There's nothing interesting strategically to see about how these people fight. They may as well just skip the battles and tell me who won at the end just to save time, because the fights are incredibly boring anyway. Everything about this show is a waste of time and dumb, so I have no reason to watch it any longer.
With this in mind, here's my new, 20-strong fall season watchlist:
1. Sword Art Online II
2. Fate/Stay Night Unlimited Blade Works
3. Akatsuki no Yona
4. Shirobako
5. Akame ga Kill
6. Grisaia no Kajitsu
7. Shigatsu wa Kimi no Uso
8. Ore, Twintail ni Narimasu
9. Yuuki Yuuna wa Yuusha de Aru
10. Daitoshokan no Hitsujikai
11. Amagi Brilliant Park
12. Naruto
13. Dragon Ball Kai Buu
14. One Piece
15. Sailor Moon Crystal
16. Ushinawareta Mirai wo Motomete
17. Yama no Susume Second Season
18. Girlfriend (Kari)
19. Sora no Method
20. Happiness Charge Pretty Cure
20 shows is still better than Summer's 16, so there's no complaints about the season as a whole.
