Megumi Get!:

In a record day I got 5 new SS Memoria.  It all started with the new event.  It was the worst event ever, featuring two horrid characters, Mion and Kanata.  But considering how many rewards it led to, it turned out to be one of the best events ever.  I got another Sumomo base form SS Memoria, which is virtually worthless.  I got Mion's new SS Memoria, which would be cool except I hate Mion.  I got Tama's magical girl SS Memoria, which is great from a strength-ramping point of view.  Magical Girl Tama is already at limit break 2, so this extra memoria only provides me half the shards I need to reach limit break 3, but with the help of my Premium pass I'm actually pretty close to getting 10 protean shards, so I'll combine those and get Tama limit break 3 soon enough.  It's just that I didn't really want to invest everything in magical girl Tama -- I'd rather play as swimsuit Tama. . .  But due to the luck of the dice I'm stuck doubling down on magical girl.

I got Yuki's base form SS Memoria, which is again virtually worthless, since I have her fireworks form already at level 3 limit break.  Are you seeing a pattern here?  Every SS Memoria I get is worthless!

But the game redeemed itself at the very end.  If you do 50 rolls on Mion's new featured recruitment, you get an SS Memoria Guaranteed ticket.  And by using that ticket, I got one last SS Memoria -- Megumi!

Specifically, I got the light-element SS Megumi.  It's very pretty, a sheer white shirt with a pink sweater tied over her blue skirt.  It isn't the best Megumi though.  That would have been her kimono fire-element version.  But oh well.  It's Megumi!  Finally!  Megumi!  I now have an SS Memoria version of all Squad 31-A.  All the main characters are now actually wieldable in battle!  I'll have a decent plot party available for Chapter 5.

It's practically a miracle I got Megumi through that ticket, but it's so ridiculous that I needed to.  I spent lots of money for the right to a 1/3 chance at getting this very memoria, three times, and all three times I got Erika instead.  If not for that horrid luck I wouldn't have needed this miraculous luck.

But one way or another justice has been achieved.  I still want a Mari, Adelheid, and Yingxia SS Memoria, but none of those are as important as Megumi.  I certainly don't need to pay money for anyone more.

Essentially I just won the game. :).
