I wanted the heritage armor set of the Nightborne so I leveled a new destruction warlock all the way up from scratch. These allied races were something I worked hard for multiple expansions ago, so it was about time I cashed them in. I have a Shadowlands-viable character from each and every race now, 25 characters in all. Of course the next goal would be to get them all to max level but believe it or not that takes a long time. It's not an overnight kind of thing, more like over-year.
Meanwhile, I edited '100 Waifus' by adding in another sentence in Chapter 49: "Maybe someday there would be a top 300 anime." This is because I didn't want to preclude the possibility of the entire future of Eden producing greats that could compete with what's already appeared on Earth, and also because Earth's anime would approach 300 greats if every possible great franchise were properly adapted, which I said Eden had done. With those two things in mind, it didn't make sense for Eden to be stuck at 200 like Earth is. Another plot hole filled.
Meanwhile, a new season of Honzuki has officially been announced (it had already been announced really but official is always better.) I'm also looking forward to the upcoming Blue Box anime.
Edens Zero is rapidly approaching its conclusion, but I suspect it will span into 2024 all the same. Knowing Hiro Mashima, 100 Years Quest and Dead Rock won't be enough for him and he'll want to start some new manga after Edens is done. . .
Venezuela's claim to Guyana may have some sort of historical justice (Britain had colonialized the area, which certainly had less claim to the land than Venezuela which was right next to it.) But I don't think the natives of the region wish to be ruled by Venezuela or feel like they're Venezuelans, so this situation is totally different from Russia's in Ukraine. I'm not sure there are many natives of the region, frankly, but however few or many there are they should have the right to decide which country they belong to. Certainly no one is eager to join a starving socialist hellhole. And the last thing the world wants is to put more valuable natural resources under an incompetent steward or reward/empower aggressors who think they can take what they like instead of earn it like everybody else. I'd totally endorse a war to defend Guyana's borders against Venezuela, though I would at least like to see a referendum done by the people there to see what's really going on in their heads.
The war would be cheap and easy as Venezuela is not a nuclear power (again unlike Russia), and it would give us a good excuse to regime change Venezuela and free those people from its communist grip which has run a previously wealthy nation into the ground. Not all wars are bad.
