130 additional great fictional franchises.  To be fair, though, the ones in bold were mentioned in the course of '100 Waifus,' also the ones in italics aren't really fictional and thus aren't suitable for a fictional character hall of fame, which reduces the count by 28, to 102.  So there are actually 410 great fictional franchises, of which 308 are mentioned, not 300.

Since there are 101 wives and 102 missing franchises, you would think I could easily add in another generation of kids and cover all these missing elements, but a lot of these franchises don't have any stand-out, well-characterized characters to work with.  The work as a whole may be great, but the people who act out the work aren't necessarily as inspiring.

Another problem is that many of these characters are acted out by the same actors, so a lot of kids would look like doppelgangers of each other.  Indiana Jones and Han Solo are portrayed by the same person, and I already have Han Solo, so what would happen if they met each other on the street?

These franchises were all passed over for a reason.  Though if I ever do feel the need for an 11th generation of kids, this list would definitely come in handy.  It would be a weaker generation than the others, but still a better source for names than anywhere else.
