Ave Mujica will explain why Sakiko and Mutsumi decided to dissolve the Crychic band and form a new one, named Ave Mujica. I still have no idea why this happened, the entire season of It's MyGo didn't answer this fundamental question. It's a good thing this anime was announced because otherwise It's MyGo would have been an infuriatingly flawed artistic work. But so long as there's a sequel with the answers to our questions forthcoming it will all work out. The final song of MyGo features an Ave Mujica song and it's really good, so I don't mind following their musical productions for an entire season.
Presumably the new anime will air in 2024, giving the so-far sparsely populated year a much needed lift. 2024 looks to have a lot of good video game releases, but that's meaningless to me because I haven't found the willpower to finish all the games I already own. Instead I'm doing silly things like rewatching the Majikoi anime because I didn't want A-5 to be the end. It is cool how the anime refers to the clones and even shows Benkei in one scene. It also features Tsubame who doesn't appear until S. Lee and Stacy, maids of Kuki corporation, also appear. The Majikoi anime came out right before the Majikoi S game, but clearly the game had been in development for a while by then, so it had access to all the coming S content and made good use of it. Only now that I've played all the Majikoi games did I notice all the Easter egg references in the anime, so it was well worth rewatching.
If only FF 16 weren't so very long. I defeated Titan, a crazy long fight already, but there's always more bosses hiding behind the previous bosses, the fight is eternal.
A Lucky Star spinoff manga was translated, Pocket, which is about the main cast getting shrunk for a while. It's okay. The best part about it is that it's short enough to end before it wears out its welcome. You have to wonder why people are translating spinoffs when they haven't actually finished translating the main series though. World Teacher has also resumed being translated, which is always nice. For that matter there was also a new chapter of MIX translated, something I feared would never happen. It appears the series is back on track, releasing a new chapter per month, which is still such a snail's pace I worry it will never finish, but better than nothing.
