Over at nyaa.si, 'By the Grace of the Gods' finally has a subtitled blu-ray release. The only problem is the filesize is enormous, but I guess beggars can't be choosers. Now all the great anime that came out in 2020 is available in blu-ray. At this rate, all the good stuff that came out in 2021 will be available in blu-ray by late 2022.
I've already watched Kami-tachi twice, but it's such a sweet story I'll definitely make use of this blu-ray copy and watch it thrice sooner or later.
The Roselia movies did what you would expect from them -- showed how Roselia got together and featured lots of their music. There are two problems with these movies. One is the long-standing issue that the series switched from anime to cg after the first season. The second is Roselia is only my third favorite band in the franchise, behind Poppin Party and Pastel Pallettes. But given these limitations the movies are quite nice. The music is very *Roselia*, the plot is exactly in keeping with what I expect from their no-nonsense professionalism.
