Face it, detractors! I'm a genius and my book is ingenious! 15 people say so! The 27 rounds of editing were all worth it, because it's led others to the light. For some bizarre reason no one says anything nice about my books on this blog, but elsewhere I get the credit I'm due.
I finished Happy's Great Adventure. It was okay. The author resorted to tears too often. Someone crying once in their lives is moving, but someone crying every other panel is weak and pathetic. It has the reverse effect where you stop sympathizing with the characters.
More importantly, now I'm all caught up with Fairy Tail. As Fairy Tail's biggest fan I couldn't let anything slip by me.
To Heart2 is okay. I think it's too long, and the abbreviated anime presentation is superior. Which doesn't leave much purpose for the visual novel. It also feels like this visual novel was written for Konomi and everyone else was thrown in as an afterthought. If so they would've done better to only have one route with Konomi from the beginning. I don't have much choice but to keep playing it though, no other visual novel is releasing these days.
Meanwhile, Flame Serpent has burned out at 76 playthroughs. The song has a childish use of instruments that isn't sophisticated enough to maintain long term interest. Back down to the nice round total of 5485.
Next up is Hataraku Maou-sama! volume 19. It should be out soon.
