2 names changed:

Since Imouto Paradise is no longer in my visual novel rankings, it doesn't need representation in '100 Waifus' either.  I kicked out Aya and Koharu from Imopara 1 in favor of Nagisa from Kanojo mo Kanojo and Elayne from The Wheel of Time.

This required lots of other edits to the book to fit the new reality but hopefully those were all correctly covered as well.

I don't think children would like to be named after characters in a nukige, so these two names should come off as more respectful.  Nagisa and Elayne are both okay with polygamy, which raises my esteem for them, but they most definitely are not solely sexpots.  Nagisa is a beautiful, thoughtful, considerate and caring girl who nevertheless tries her best when she's going after something she wants.  If not for all these qualities, I wouldn't have chosen a name that's already shared with Nagisa from Clannad and Nagisa from Precure.  As much as I want to avoid identical names, Kanojo mo Kanojo's Nagisa is just too cute to ignore.

Meanwhile Elayne is a bona fide princess with nordic features, powerful, inventive, brave, a talented acrobat, loves even feathers if it's a gift from someone she loves, and constantly takes the mature route out of an argument and finds a way for everyone to be at peace again.  Yes, Elayne has a few faults, like getting caught in way too many traps (but then again so does Fuu from Samurai Champloo and she's already in my fictional character hall of fame) and being too fickle with Rand, but her qualities outshine those faults.  Plus in Elayne's case she doesn't have to share a name with anyone else, a big plus.

That still leaves 15 other names I'd like to change out, hopefully more will reveal themselves this fall anime season, but every little bit helps improve the novel that little bit further.  I want people to glow with positive associations towards every child name listed, not look at some choices cross-eyed, so it's important I get all these names right -- and hopefully as many of them unique names as possible, so people can remember them better too.

Just like last time liberals accused cops of genociding blacks with impunity, people are starting to shoot cops as part of a righteous revenge crusade again.  And just like last time this will propel Trump to victory again.  It's like liberals can't stop themselves.  Even when they could easily take power by shutting up, they just have to blurt out 'Death to America!' and 'Every city, every town, burn the precincts to the ground!'  They couldn't wait two whole months to get their way.  It's like taking candy from a baby.
