My respect for this manga is vindicated. Now Japan deems it not only worth reading, like me, but worth animating. I only worry how they'll get through the censorship laws to deliver an authentic adaption. I guess Queen's Blade got a tv anime back in the day so it isn't impossible.
It's funny how many new anime are being announced when even the current anime is failing to get built. What's the use? Why announce anything when we all know it'll just be cancelled anyway, like the Tokyo Olympics? But if it actually does come out I'll happily lap it up.
Meanwhile, I must have set some sort of record today, because I got 5 different characters to max level in the same 24 hour period. I've been steadily building them up, switching between them for maximum efficiency, as they all kept pace with each other, so it was only natural, but it means all 5 got to cash in on the 2,000 gold emissaries on offer today. Maybe I can make enough gold to keep playing for free now.
Due to the allure of allied races I can't say Battle for Azeroth has been entirely free anymore. I paid to race change a Blood Elf (of which I had far too many) into a Highmountain Tauren (of which I had none until now.), so that I can experience as much new content as possible. Ideally I'd like a character of each race and/or class, but I haven't even unlocked 2 of the allied races yet so that goal is currently impossible. I also pre-purchased Shadowlands so that I could get early access to allied race death knights, which included the aforementioned Highmountain Tauren. It was a necessary expense and hardly unprecedented -- I've purchased all the WoW expansions and the original game. I know Shadowlands will pay itself off in spades like all the previous times come November. It's nice to start benefiting immediately though.
I now have a max level character of every class, though not every race. I'm getting pretty close to 'winning' this game, all thanks to the double rep and double exp bonus.
