I've been talking about this mysterious scheduled Bleach announcement for months now, hoping it would be the '1000 Year Blood War Arc' anime. Well, it was the '1000 Year Blood War Arc' anime. My hopes and dreams and prayers have all been answered, and the world is better for it. One of the greatest anime of all time will now have its due and eternal place in the pantheon, right next to Naruto and One Piece.
I'm not very fond of the abrupt ending to this arc, but everything up until that point was awesome. I've read the manga of this part multiple times to make up for the lack of the anime, and it's thrilling. This is so huge. It's like SAO Alicization's announcement. It's better news even than Utawarerumono's Season 3. Who needs March Madness when we have Bleach?
Meanwhile, I dropped 'Together' by Famishin from my music hall of fame on account of not being worth listening to 100 times. Back down to 5,468. I'm about halfway through my 19th re-read and re-edit of '100 Waifus'. It's a little tough doing this back to back with my 18th re-read so fresh, but I'm still finding and correcting various stupid errors so it's well worth it. Of course, part of my editing will have to include the fact that the 1,000 year blood war arc is getting adapted, which my fictional future assumed wouldn't happen. An edit I'll gladly make now.
