These seiyuu are highly rated pros beloved by the masses, or played such important characters with such great lines that their voices are just etched into my soul. Or both. I'm trying to reach 200 seiyuu here, so voice actresses such as these, considered in the top 20 by official polls, should be able to make the cut. Another way to put it is no seiyuu hall of fame could be complete without them.
