100 Waifus Chapter 54-57:

Part 5 of my 'In Another World With 100 Waifus' epic novel has now been expanded upon.  I took the ideas from the 'bonus chapter' that began as chapter 54 and expanded it into chapters 54-57 to reach a new perfect ending to my story.

Is this really the end?  I don't know.  Every time I think it's the end it turns out there's more to say.  But it certainly feels like the end.  In any case, it's a better ending than the previous stopping point.

The four new chapters give birth to the fated round numbered 10th borns as a suitable stopping point for progeny.  I had actually alluded to this number in Chapter 20.

They also address previously underutilized characters Lisanna, Aisia, Juvia, Rin Natsume, Shana, Levy, Yuna and Louise while tying up loose ends and filling in plot holes.

The new content was partially born from re-reading the book for a 7th time, which also allowed me to polish it that little bit more with improved proofreading.  When I noticed something that hadn't been addressed I addressed it.  Likewise, if I came up with a cool idea for a character I had been reading about earlier I slotted it in.  In this manner reading the book naturally progressed into writing more of it.  And now that the book's larger than before, it even makes sense to start over and read it for an 8th time. . .  Talk about a virtuous spiral.

In a story with 100 waifus, I can't stress enough that it's impossible to give everyone the time they deserve, but with the added material we're at least that much closer.

I've said it before and I'll say it again, this is the best book ever, and I the best writer ever for having written it.  Everyone in the world should be reading this book.

I've also said before that there are barriers to entry -- if you aren't familiar with the backstories of these 100 waifus you won't be able to enjoy the story half as well as you should.  If you don't know any Japanese at all the occasional use of the language could be confusing.  And if you're hung up on random politically correct taboos you'll never get anywhere.

However, any taboo I violate I also provide, within the book, the justification for its violation,  Rather than running away in a huff the first moment you see something offensive, you'd profit to actually see why Christopher made the decisions he did and only argue with them after you've found something wrong with the reasoning provided.

I can't do anything about close-minded or ignorant people.  The book won't be 'the best book ever' for audiences such as those.  But for the intended audience, other anti-liberal anime fans, the barriers to entry disappear and all that's left is a masterpiece.
