It took a while, but the enchanting story of chasing a blastia thief all around the world and meeting all sorts of other interesting people along the way is now behind me.
When you're just killing corrupt bureaucrats left and right the story is pretty awesome, but eventually it turns into a fight with giant space jellyfish and it promptly gets dull from there.
It's kind of sad that a 10 year old Tales game is better than anything else on offer for the PS4, but that's been true for a long time now. Nobody makes games like they used to. FF 15 is nothing compared to FF 4.
Meanwhile, I also finished "If it's for my daughter's sake I'd even defeat a demon lord." Apparently more of the story is yet to come, but I've read everything that's translated. Every book was worse than the previous, so it wasn't much fun by the end. One more chore done.
Next comes Sara King's 'Zero' books. They aren't very good either, but it's better than nothing.
