Irozuku Sekai dropped:

The artistry is top notch, but most of every episode isn't just looking at pretty things, it's interpersonal relationships.  And there's nothing more tiresome than a bunch of sensitive high schoolers shyly making their way through life while attempting not to offend anyone or be disliked by anyone.  I wish someone would just get up and start slaughtering all the others, then we could at least have an action sequence.

At this rate it might be better to just watch the anime on mute.  But I think it's simpler to just drop the show altogether.

Since I needed more web-novel-turned-mangas, I checked out all the most popular novel series that don't have an anime announcement to see if they had manga adaptions, and indeed there were a ton.  So next on my investigation list is:

The New Gate
Tsuki ga Michibiku Isekai Douchuu
World Teacher
Aifureta Shokugyou de Sekai Saikyou
Koushaku Reijou no Tashinami
Gaikotsu Kishi-sama, Tadaima Isekai e Odekake-chuu
Tenseishichatta yo (Iya, Gomen)
Maou-sama no Machizukuri!

This much manga should occupy me for a while.

Meanwhile, Index NT volume 21 is done except for the epilogue, and I've finished reading everything on offer.  I'd say it's another poor volume.  I don't like any of these Aleister-centric books, he's just not an interesting character.  I wish we could get back to Touma and Misaka, the only characters in Index that matter.  And if we're never going to get that, I wish the series would just end already.  It's already longer than freaking Xanth.  Isn't this good enough?

I'm glad the retarded filipino mailing fake bombs all over the country has been caught.  Now we can get back to the actual midterm elections where ideas are what's being contested.  I don't want open borders for the USA, Democrats do.  The midterm is an election to decide whether we get one path or the other.  It's a referendum on the wall, merit-based immigration, changing the asylum rules, and everything else we want.  We absolutely must win this election.  It looked we were going to until this stupid filipino decided to pull this jackass stunt and discredit the civilization-preserving ideas of his own side.  Thanks a lot, male stripper with the weird foreign name.  You've done us all such an amazing favor.
