Good Music 9.5:

After finding so many remixes (almost 30), it was time to refresh my good music permapost once again.  I had hoped the era of remixes was over, but apparently not.  Of course, maybe those were the last remixes and now I'm in the clear, but after so many times hoping for that very thing I doubt it's true this time either.

In addition to getting all the rows and columns neatly aligned again, I gave proper names to songs like 'hakkenden op' (Aka Fusha) and 'Junni Kokki 2 24' (Shihouka).  I got rid of numbers in front of song names that served no purpose.  Now only Xenogears has numbers in front of song titles, and that's because otherwise the song names would be indistinguishable from each other.  For everyone else the names do just fine without any distracting numbers.

FF 14 song names have been shortened.  Since it says the songs are from FF 14 in the album section, there's no need to say so in their song names as well.  Instead of 'Final Fantasy XIV Original Soundtrack Track 07'  it's just 'Track 07.'

The random hyphens that used to plague Soul Calibur song names are all gone, replaced with proper spaces.

Lots of similar improvements have been made.  It's all about efficiency and order, lending an air of professionalism, which gives the visual aesthetic necessary to appreciate all these various songs that are supposed to be on display like a trophy case.  More improvements are in store for the future, but they can wait for Xenoblade 2's arrival and the big 10.0.

The remaining 4293 songs in my music hall of fame are looking spiffier than ever, so be sure to check them out for all your music needs.  (After finding a new remix, Recalling Bahamut, which shares elements with Wicked Melody and Bahamut Raid from FF9, it's actually 4292 songs. *sigh*)

I rewatched all the Ranma 1/2 oav's and movies in blu-ray.  Everything looked great.  Unfortunately, there's a glitch where if a sign has writing on it none of the dialogue is subtitled during that sign's presence, it only translates what's written on the sign.  (The same glitch occurs in the SAO Ordinal Scale blu-ray, subtitlers should really work on this issue) You can just listen to the English audio for that portion or just listen closely and translate from Japanese to English on your own.  It doesn't come up very often so no biggie.

I've also rewatched all the Nanoha anime aside from Vivid Strike, which I'm finally ready to tackle next.  Like with Ranma, I'd rewatched Nanoha before, but this was the first time I got to see it all in blu-ray.  Everything looked great here too.  Blu-ray banzai!
