Index GT volume 14 read:

This book involved all the powerful people from the magic and science side trying to kill one greater demon, Coronzon.  Somehow it ended up with Touma punching her to death with good old imagine breaker, though there were a lot of intermediary steps before then.  I kind of liked how clever Coronzon was when it came to evading so many enemies and finding new ways to win.  But in the end it was another volume of pure fighting, good vs. evil.  Not much intellectual grist for the mill.

Index should just develop Touma's romantic life and stop inventing new stronger enemies, but the epilogue of this book has already foreshadowed Hamazura Shiage becoming the next violent menace.  It never ends with this series.

It feels like every bad anime series is getting a sequel these days, but famous and popular series somehow don't get sequels -- Uma Musume Cinderella Gray and Ranma 1/2 ended with no announcements.  I added them to my anime wishlist, which is now all of a sudden overcrowded instead of undercrowded.

I'm reading another Uma Musume manga now that Cinderella Gray is over, Star Blossom.  It's as good as Cinderella or better.  I wouldn't mind an anime adaption of this either.

Heaven Burns Red is offering free recruitment rolls in celebration of Christmas, and this time I lucked out and got the shards I needed to boost base Tsukasa to her level 3 limit break.  She has a cool ability that deploys a fire field at the start of battle, which could be useful to counter annoyingly strong orb bosses who like to deploy their own elemental fields.  But the real goal remains to get base Tsukasa to level 4 limit break, because that would give her other memorias, including Tuxedo and Swimsuit Tsukasa, +10% to their stats.  I need Swimsuit Tsukasa to be as strong as possible if I'm going to beat Skullfeather.

Bleach's last season starts in July of 2026.  Not long now.
