Tenshin Ranman and Limelight Lemonade Jam available in English:

It's interesting that I was talking about how Yuzusoft's best work, Tenshin Ranman, was strangely untranslated when so many worse Yuzusoft visual novels were available in English.  I also said that I hoped Yuzusoft's newest work, which looked really good, would get an English translation someday.

I never expected both would be released in English on the same day.  And on top of that, Da Capo Re-tune was also released in English.  I have no need of Re-tune, I played the original twice and think the original is perfect as is.  But there is a new heroine route in Re-tune, so it isn't entirely useless.  I do think it's absurd that we're getting Re-tune in English, an almost completely useless product, instead of Da Capo 4 or 5.  But whatever, it's better than not getting Re-tune.

Currently I'm reading The Red Wheel volume 7, so I can't indulge in eroge as I would ordinarily be fain to do.  But I'm eager to jump into Tenshin Ranman as soon as possible, since I've been waiting for it for decades now already.  I've never had so many worthwhile things to do before in my life.  I'm being pulled every which way by new great artistic works' releases hither and yon.  It's almost a blessing that the anime this year is so lackluster, since it's let me concentrate on this gigantic mountain of visual novels.  On that note I think it's time to drop 'my father is a hero, my mother is a spirit.'  It's not going anywhere and a waste of my precious time.  The same for Yasei Last Boss.  Ditto for Taiyo Yori Maboshii.  And Akujiki Reijou to Kyouketsu Koushaku.

I haven't even finished Senmomo's side stories and now this.  What a great year.  I ask and everything's delivered.
