SS Phantom Thief Jamie:

The latest update to Heaven Burns Red rewarded me with lots of quartz and two eternal daphnes for all the hard work I've done up until now.  So I used the quartz to try and recruit Phantom Thief Jamie or belly-dancer Vritika.  As luck would have it, I got Jamie.  Jamie has a critical pierce ability, which makes her almost as dangerous as Hisame with her Munechika slash.  She also has a second, skill-evolved, introjected, critical pierce ability she can use.  So between those two attacks she'll be critical piercing the whole battle long.  Of course, Hisame is level 4 limit break with eternal daphne, the strongest possible warrior.  Phantom Thief Jamie in contrast is level 0 with no eternal daphne.  But maybe someday they can fight side by side. . .  In any event she certainly looks cool.

The two eternal daphnes were quickly made use of.  I gave one to datenshi Chie and the other to fox Miya.  I could have given the eternal daphne to base Chie, who's close to reaching level 4 limit break.  That would have made me stronger in the short run, but in the long run datenshi Chie has more potential, and I expect I'll be playing this game for a long time.

I watched Moana 2.  It has a pretty catchy theme song, and there was nothing particularly offensive about it.  But it felt pretty empty and repetitive, more suited to kids than the original.

I finished Elsa and Kanami's routes in Senmomo.  They're great girls, no doubt.  I downloaded the opening and ending themes ('Persica Blossoms in Full Bloom' and 'Flowers of Love Dancing in Moonlight') because they're hall of fame worthy too.  Now I just need to listen to them 100 times so I can give them a fair rating.  If the rating is 3 or above, the girls from the visual novel will be given these songs as their wonderful playlist personalized songs, which will certainly disrupt my 'nigh perfect playlist,' but so it goes.  Authenticity above all.

The Wolf & Parchment franchise ends in November.  It felt like this series was never going to end, but finally we get some closure.  Of course, who knows when it will be translated in full into English.

Girls Band Cry is getting a new movie.  I thought the series had a fine ending already, but I'm always up for more Girls Band Cry.
