I've finished the Mizuiro route. There is some additional material hidden here and there in the rest of the visual novel, but nothing of significance or worth worrying about. These four new routes were the main difference between the original Summer Pockets and the new expanded version, and I've read all four of them now. Tsumugi's speech at the end was quite touching, even though it didn't really make any sense. Mizuiro herself at no point was attractive. Actually she only became more annoying the more I got to know her. No one in their right mind would actually want to date this woman. It's one of those routes in visual novels you only take for completion's sake, gritting your teeth the entire way.
I also gave in and purchased the final two chapters of Hinowa ga Yuku! so I could finish this adventure as well. The last two chapters were great, as expected of Hinowa, which was always great. It makes it all the more frustrating that the series was cancelled due to unpopularity. What more do people want in a story? It was virtually perfect. At least Hinowa ga Yuku! will always live on in the greatest book ever written, 'In Another World with 100 Waifus', due to three of Christopher's children being named after characters in the story, Hinowa, Hisame and Suzumaru. And of course in the casual mention that in Eden the story was given a proper conclusion. Thinking of it that way always makes me happy.
