Index GT 6 fully translated:

I was wrong to say there was nothing left to read -- a new Index novel has come out recently and as always the translators over at [baka-tsuki] are amazingly prompt in translating it.  I haven't started it yet but I'm sure it's good, after all it's an Index novel.  It's the light novel equivalent of One Piece in length and fame.  This will help tide me over until the new SAO volume comes out.

I was busy rewatching Shiroi Suna no Aquatope in blu-ray but that won't take much longer, only 4 episodes left to go.  Then I can proudly proclaim another series I rated great as proven great because it was worth watching not once but twice and had a powerful impact both times.  I was right about Shiroi Suna.  It's definitely great.  The first half is more emotional and important but the second half has tons of neat stories you can't find anywhere else in anime and was definitely worth making.  Shiroi Suna is an amazing series that actually tells a good story about working in the modern world.  It doesn't rely on romance, sports, action or mystery.  It isn't a fantasy or a sci fi world.  It's just life.  It's what you could find in anyone anywhere if you focused your camera on them.  The troubles and triumphs of ordinary people doing ordinary things.  To make that interesting viewing is extraordinary.

There might also be a new Kiniro Mosaic and Macross film coming out soon -- it all depends on the whims of subtitlers but at least it's now out in blu-ray so the projects can be undertaken whenever the fan community desires to do so.  Rewatching great anime for the first time is almost as rewarding as watching great anime for the first time, but between the two novelty will always win.

So the immediate future has plenty of fun stuff in store.  Then looking a little further ahead July is looking amazing.  Extreme Hearts, by the maker of Nanoha.  DanMachi S4.  Hataraku Maou-sama! S2.  Isekai Meikyuu de Harem wo.  Love Live Superstar! S2.  Made in Abyss S2.  Prima Doll by Key.  Luminous Witches.  Shadows House S2.  Shin Prince of Tennis World Cup.  Tokyo Mew Mew New.  Utawarerumono S3.  Bastard!!.  If that lineup isn't enough to get your heart pumping you're officially dead.
