+3 Songs:

Xenoblade Chronicles 2 is the gift that keeps on giving.  After listening to its music while playing for over a hundred hours I'm willing to admit three more songs should be in my music hall of fame:  ACE's 'Argentum (Day)' and Kenji Hiramatsu's 'Uraya (Night)' and 'Mor Ardain (Day)'.

I wouldn't be surprised if even more songs eventually joined the fold as I play longer and enter new zones.  The music is so amazing.  Yasunori Mitsuda is the mastermind behind all of the songs and gave direction to all the other composers, perhaps that's why everyone's songs are so solid regardless of who composed them.  The quality of these songs is completely on par with something by Mitsuda.

That gets my collection to a nice round 5485.  15 more and I can have the even rounder number of 5500.  I'm sure I'll reach it someday, since new great music is being composed even as we speak.  Sort of like how I'll eventually reach 10,000 episodes of anime in my top anime collection even though I'm sticking with a top 200 list because they keep announcing sequels to stuff like Dragon Ball and Love Live!.

I'm squeezing in a watch of HBO's 'The Pacific' while I still have my account active.  It's pretty good, humorously the worst scenes are always when women get involved.  Women really are a plague on the universe.  Men can honestly and honorably shoot and bomb each other and mutilate each other's corpses fair and square, but women have to lie and betray everyone they meet.  They're like scorpions, they just can't resist the chance to plunge the knife in every single time.  All the time smiling or crying and trying to get your sympathy for their clearly and blatantly evil deeds.  Do they think they're simply immune to morality because they have feelings?  Dealing with women is like an eternal adventure in Alice's Wonderland.  The cats' smiles are always upside down.

Women will be the death of us.  They make World War II look like child's play.
