DW9 has 90 Characters:

The roster for Dynasty Warriors 9 has been finalized at 90 characters.  83 return from previous iterations whereas 7 are brand new.

Man Chong, Xun You, Cao Xiu, Cheng Pu, Xu Sheng, Zhou Cang, and Xin Xianying.  Of these, I had previously asked for Xun You, Cheng Pu and Xin Xianying to join the game, so I'm pretty happy with the quality of the new additions.

But there's also a boatload of new characters I haven't played since the previous installment DW8.  Xun Yu, Yu Jin, Zhu Ran, Fa Zheng, Chen Gong and Lu Lingqi.

All in all, that's 13 new characters for DW9.

The game comes out February 13th in the west and is an obvious must-buy.

Still, this isn't all the characters I want represented.  This calls for a DW10 where I finally get my way.

Meanwhile, the tax bill has been finalized with seemingly full support from the Republican Senate, meaning something is actually going to pass.  Personally, I would prefer a flat sales tax combined with a citizen's dividend to fund all levels of government, but politics is all about what you can achieve, not what's best.  As far as politically realistic reforms go, this tax bill is fantastic.

First off, it repeals the Obamacare individual mandate, the most pernicious and destructive element of Obama's 8 year term.  That alone would be reason to rejoice.

Second, it doubles the standardized deduction, which will make virtually everyone free and clear of any federal taxation at all.  This is a huge relief monetarily, but also just in terms of filing time.  It gets rid of all the headaches in life.

Third, it gives big tax credits for every child, which is great for boosting our lagging fertility among the middle and upper classes.  You might even make money overall from having a quiver full, since you can receive the tax credit even when you already have nothing to pay in taxes.

Fourth, it lowers the corporate income tax, which never raised any money, but did make sure no businesses would ever be formed or stay in America, since it was twice as high as anywhere else on Earth.

Fifth, it makes our tax system territorial, like everywhere else on Earth, which means money made abroad isn't double taxed anymore, giving people more incentives to headquarter in America once again.

Sixth, it allows small businesses to operate at a lower tax rate than the personal income tax, which encourages entrepreneurship.

Seventh, it gets rid of a lot of stupid or unfair tax deductions.  (though not as many as initially hoped.)

Eighth, it allows drilling in ANWAR, which is pro-business and pro-growth and means lower oil prices at the pump.

Every change to the tax code is an improvement.  I have universal praise for legislators for this bill.  The bill is projected to boom the economy, generating 3% GDP growth starting next year.

When the GDP goes up, businesses start investing and hiring more, people get more and better jobs, and social dysfunction decreases correspondingly.  Most social ills are exacerbated by poverty and unemployment, and ameliorated by security and a purposeful regimen.  When you generate broad based economic growth, that means people aren't divorcing, overdosing, drinking or doing crimes anymore.  It benefits everyone.  Hope is one of the greatest tonics in life, and this tax bill generates hope.

This is Trump's first and perhaps only legislative win.  We need to really relish this because it's doubtful the Republican majority will manage to achieve anything else.  If this bill improves people's lives like it should, perhaps they'll have a positive disposition towards Republicans come election day in 2018, which means we can get the senate majority we need to make truly revolutionary and progressive change for America.  It all starts here.  We needed a reason for people to vote Republican, some payoff they can see in their lives, and this tax bill is it.  Money in their pockets speaks louder than mainstream media words.
