Children of the Whales Dropped:

Unfortunately for this series, its unique setting only produced warped and deficient characters, all seemingly less than human, rather than interesting new characters which presumably was the idea.  Everyone lacks critical emotions and logic circuits that normal people have and can be found anywhere.  It's practically an anime for retards and the insane.  Why would I be interested in people who are worse than average?  I could just go outside and meet as many average people as I wanted.
