Tomorrow I'll receive my copy of Utawarerumono 3 in the mail. But I won't have any time for it since I'll be watching football. Ohio State vs. Oklahoma is the big one, but there's tons of other interesting games being played tomorrow as well.
I finished rewatching Higurashi today, which means I can switch back to Nanoha again. Higurashi is as good as I remember it, 16th place is extremely high and it had to beat a lot of great shows to take that spot. But Nanoha is something extraordinary. A's is practically perfect, the latest Vivid Strike season showed no signs of slowing down, and there's still two more movies coming -- if not more after that. Nanoha is how you earn yourself a top ten ranking.
After reviewing my newest rankings via watching all of their openings in the order of their stated worth, I have to say I'm really confident with this iteration. I've had to change my rankings four times in the last four months, but that gave me a lot of insight into what exactly I valued and was looking for, so this time the ranking order really resonated with what my gut told me feels right.

These rankings are prophetic, so they also take into account any announced sequels to shows that haven't aired yet. Which means hopefully I won't have to change them up so drastically in the future.
Meanwhile, I eliminated three more songs from my Good Music hall of fame. Victory Cry from Tales of Vesperia was too stale and repetitive so it had to go. Victory was a remix of Lost Odyssey's main theme so it obviously had to go. And finally Figlio Perduto by Sarah Brightman is a remix of Beethoven's 7th Symphony so it had to go. I've known the song was a remix for a long time but I refrained from biting the bullet all this time because it was such a good song. But I bit the bullet and stood on principal -- all the songs in my hall of fame must be unique melodies.
Now the list is down to 4232 songs. Hopefully Xenoblade 2 will restore all my losses and then some when it comes out.
I've almost finished the round robin tournament featuring my old Magic decks, which means a new tournament can finally begin featuring all my new decks. At least fifteen of my decks are either brand new or so changed since last time they may as well be new, and they've been chomping at the bit to get into the fray.
At a time like this, there's just no time for World of Warcraft: Legion. It just had its fancy 7.3 patch where you can venture onto the new planet of Argus. That's really cool, to be sure. But I'd rather be playing brand new games like Utawarerumono 3, brand new Magic decks which are my own unique concoctions, watching brand new college football games, and rewatching classic anime like Nanoha for the first time in blu-ray.
I still have to beat two more routes in Dal Segno, too. Once that's done, no doubt Little Busters English Edition will have come out (now slated for an 'autumn 2017' release). There's a million better things to do right now than invade Argus.
