New Announced Anime Series with no Scheduled Release Date:

With the moon phase anime website down, it's very difficult to find a comprehensive list of upcoming anime productions.  Mandragon's website is also down, so the best resource left available is Anichart, but they only cover anime that's coming out next season.  If you want to know about anime in production now that will come out much later, as far as I know, I'm now the best resource on the web, which is a very sad state of affairs.  For my own sake, I intend to keep this list updated every time new information comes in, since no one else is keeping track of these things for me anymore.  If anyone else finds this information useful then that's just a bonus~
