Wolf and Parchment 5 read:

This was a good read.  There was a full page picture of Myuri clothed only in soap bubbles so that made the purchase worth it right there.  No but seriously, Myuri was cute all book long, it was definitely the charm point of the novel.

The crux of the plot was that 60 knights and squires had returned to the Kingdom of Winfiel due to being unemployed by the pope.  People were worried that they might become private mercenaries or join with the nobility in an attempted insurrection, so everyone wanted to get the knights honorably employed again pronto.  Col found a good job for them as inquisitors to make sure churches were adhering to the faith and not corruptly squirreling money away for themselves, and everyone lived happily ever after.

I hadn't imagined Wolf and Parchment would suddenly become an employment office but this is an anything-goes kind of setting.  The point is Col and Myuri go on adventures to improve the world, no matter how small the problem they're still heroes for solving it.

Mewkledreamy is slowly but surely being translated again.  I think I'll quit with the final episode of this season though.  Mewkledreamy Mix is a step too far for me, 48 episodes is enough.
