Say Farewell to Fairy Tail: City Hero:

In Japan the series is already over, for us there are still 5 untranslated chapters, but either way it's ending soon.  This series was based around parodying the original series and creating humorous parallels to what was originally serious business.  It worked beautifully, just like the Fairy Tail ova which pretended to be a high school drama.  I'm sad to see it go, but then again if it already managed to parody everything in the series then this was the right time to end.

I much preferred City Hero over Happy's Great Adventure but for some weird reason Happy's series is still continuing. . .

I prefer the new Hero's crossover over both of them but that's obvious -- it's actually by Hiro Mashima.

Add in '100 Years Quest' and 'Edens Zero' and there are, at least for now, five Hiro Mashima manga keeping us entertained simultaneously.  Cherish it while you still can.

A new chapter of Futari Ecchi was finally scanlated.  It would be nice if said trend continued.  The same for Kitakubu, if the manga is actually translated beyond where the anime ended that would be fantastic.

In two days the final written volume of Amagi Brilliant Park will be released in English.  Two days after that the newest Fate/Kaleid Liner ova is slated to come out in blu-ray.  This will be the first chance Americans have at it.  Hopefully it's fansubbed quickly.

In addition Planetarian is getting a new ova of all things based on a prequel short story called 'Snow Globe.'  I hope the kickstarter succeeds.  We could always use more Planetarian.

A couple weeks from now the new Code Geass movie comes out in blu-ray.  2019 isn't done yet.
