Sousou no Frieren and Girls und Panzer das Finale ova 4 rewatched:

My project to rewatch all anime I rate as great to prove they are great proceeds apace.  With Frieren finished, all anime up until this very spring season rated great has been rewatched and proven great.  Given that I'm actually supposed to rewatch these shows within the next two years, being only a month behind is pretty fastidious.  That's about as well honored as a promise can be.

It makes no sense for me to keep rewatching shows before their blurays are released, it just means the second time I watch it is of inferior viewing quality, but there's no better use for my spare time, given that Eiyuuden Chronicle is still in the mail.  And it's a worthy thing to do, sooner or later, so it may as well be sooner.

Sousou no Frieren is an excellent anime that's easy to marathon.  I'm looking forward to the inevitable next season that will cover the second half of the manga.  This is one of the few promising newcomers like Spy x Family that can evenly duke it out with the old greats.

Girls und Panzer is an old series now, but it's also among the greatest anime ever made.  The latest thrilling snow battle was perfect from beginning to end.  I can't wait to see the last two eps where they duel with the Brits.  All the best anime is still ongoing, for now, but not for much longer.  It's a moment to be savored because all too soon all this will be over and done with.  Gone with the wind.  We're currently watching the last episodes of Hibike! Euphonium, a series as good as Panzer or Frieren.  I'm missing it even as it comes out.

Speaking of fulfilled promises, I finished listening to the newly inducted Unicorn Overlord music 100 times.  I knew they would pass the test ahead of time but now they've done so officially.
